These terms apply to your use of bluetilemahjong.com and any purchase you make from Blue Tile Mahjong LLC ("Blue Tile," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Product images and descriptions
Images of our tiles shown before launch are design graphics, not photos of finished products. Once sets are in hand, we'll replace them with product photos. Even then, colors can look different from screen to screen, and because our tiles are made in small batches, small variations are normal. We try to describe every product accurately, but we don't promise that every description is error-free.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't reserve a set or guarantee availability, pricing or a release date. It means you'll hear from us first.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, products and availability can change at any time before you order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship it. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
You're responsible for any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

Our content
Everything on this site, including our name, logo, tile designs, artwork, photos and text, belongs to Blue Tile Mahjong LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may share links to our site and repost our social media content with credit, but please don't copy, reproduce or sell our designs or use our brand without written permission.
A note on our humor
Our collections are built around jokes and parody, including references to slogans and pop culture. They're meant to be fun and aren't an endorsement of illegal activity or drug use. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any organization, campaign or brand referenced in our designs.
Using our tiles
Our sets are for playing mahjong and adult enjoyment. They contain small parts and are not toys for young children. Please keep small pieces away from kids under 3.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Blue Tile won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in effect when you ordered.
